Heat Exchangers
Enermax provides complete design engineering of both tube & shell and air cooled heat exchangers. Enermax heat exchangers are selected to meet or exceed both thermal and mechanical operating conditions specified by the customer.

Wherever practical, designs will incorporate features that will eliminate or minimize problems arising due to corrosion, erosion, vibration, fouling and differential expansion. Manufactured heat exchangers include condensers, vaporizers, kettles, liquor heaters & coolers, high pressure gas heaters, effluent coolers and immersion heaters.

Pressure Vessels
Enermax Fabricators Ltd. provides complete mechanical design of pressure vessels meeting ASME Section V111 Div. 1 latest addenda. Design of vessels will meet pressure, process and temperature requirements specified by the customer. Enermax vessels comply with all applicable code requirements and are registered with provincial or national board authorities. Manufactured pressure vessels include knock out drums, accumulators, reciever tanks, condensate & flash tanks, submersibles and hyperbaric chambers.

Enermax manufactures hyperbaric chambers that are built to ASME VIII Div 1 and the PVHO-1 Code requirements. Enermax custom designs and manufactures the chambers to meet each customer's individual needs. Our hyperbaric chambers are currently being used for medical applications, alternative health medicine oxygen therapy, de-compression, pre-treatment before plastic surgery to improve healing time, and for treating sports injuries.

Enermax Fabricators hyperbaric chambers are available in mono-chamber designs for one to two persons through to two to three lock multi-person large institutional chamber designs with seating in excess of twenty persons. Dive pressures are from 3 bar (30 psig) to 8 bar (105 psig). Medical licenses can be obtained for our hyperbaric chambers.

Storage Tanks & Immersion Heaters
Enermax domestic hot water (DHW) tanks meet specified storage volumes and design conditions specified by the customer. Working pressures of 100 to 150 psig are standard though tanks can be manufactured to any required working pressure. Enermax DHW tanks are commonly manufactured of 304L stainless steel or carbon steel c/w a concrete or epoxy lining suitable for potable water. All Enermax DHW tanks carry a five year conditional warranty.

Immersion heaters for DHW tanks are designed to match temperature and recovery rates specified by the customer. Enermax heaters are constructed typically of copper, brass or stainless steel. Enermax double wall immersion heaters comply with the latest Canadian plumbing codes for potable water.

Tanks for the storage of fluids other than potable water are designed and manufactured in accordance with American Petroleum Institute (API) standards. API tanks can be designed and fabricated and shipped whole or in pieces for field erection. Our waterfront access allows Enermax the ability to ship whole tanks, thereby saving costly erection costs for projects located on or near coastal locations.
