Hopper and chute repair/refurbish on Municipal Waste Incinerator

Our team went on site to observe the damages to a number of worn out components on a Municipal Waste Incinerator in St. Petersburg, Florida USA. After taking intensive measurements and assessing which components needed to be replaced we began work on fabricating new water cooled feed chutes, sifting hoppers and out feed hoppers.

Once engineering calculations were completed our technicians began fabrication. When all the new components were to specification we shipped them back to the Municipal Waste Incinerator where local contractors found that the new parts fit perfectly. Within 30 days of receiving our parts the facility was running at full capacity.
